By accessing the App, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE APP.

1. OUR SERVICES

Rewire is a mobile application that helps men overcome porn addiction and build better habits through personalized recovery plans and streak tracking. The App is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our App without our express written permission.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Your use of the App will not violate any applicable law or regulation
• All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete
